Note:
When installing the dough hooks, make the bottom of the machine facing you. Insert the dough hooks with double ears into the left socket and the other single ear dough hooks into the right socket. If the dough hooks is not installed correctly, it will cause the food to roll into the machine, causing the machine to malfunction.
